A Berlin Packaging felvásárolja az Italian Cosmetic Packaging Company Premit

Az egyesült államokbeli-hibrid csomagolóanyag-beszállító Berlin Packaging megvásárolta a Premit, a kozmetikai és szépségipar számára csomagolásokat tervező és gyártó céget.

Az olaszországi milánói székhelyű Premi nagy cégeknek szállít csomagolótermékek és -szolgáltatások széles skáláját.

A cég Európában, az Egyesült Államokban és Ázsiában üzemeltet kutatás-fejlesztési központokat, amelyeken keresztül ügyfeleit kívánja támogatni a termék kezdeti koncepciójától a kereskedelmi forgalomba hozatalig.

In addition, Premi offers formulation services, compatibility and stability testing, sustainability solutions, branding services, digital marketing and other value-added services. 

The company also has a digital store, Stocksmetic, which provides customisable packaging solutions with no minimum order requirements.  

A tranzakció pénzügyi feltételeit nem hozták nyilvánosságra.

Berlin Packaging Europe, Middle East and Asia (EMEA) CEO Paolo Recrosio said: "Premi is a market leader in the beauty packaging industry with incredible know-how for the design and production processes.

"By leveraging our combined footprint and capabilities, we will deliver unparalleled solutions to our customers."

Under the terms of the deal, Berlin Packaging will take over all Premi's employees and locations.

A társaság 2016 óta 19 vállalatot vásárolt fel az EMEA régióban.

Tavaly márciusban a Berlin Packaging felvásárolta az Egyesült Királyságban{0}}székhelyű Roma International céget, amely kozmetikai és testápolási termékek csomagolását szállítja.

The acquisition was part of Berlin Packaging's commitment to offering packaging solutions in all segments of these markets across Europe.
